Hotel Mercier serves an extra-special breakfast during the holiday season - so your wintertime celebrations begin the moment you wake up.
Nodig je favoriete mensen uit en kom samen in ons restaurant Bonboon, sfeervol versierd met een kerstboom en feestelijke ornamenten, terwijl jazzy muziek de toon zet.
Ons menu is volledig veganistisch, bereid met seizoensgebonden en fairtrade ingrediënten, en aangevuld met zorgvuldig geselecteerde thee- en wijnarrangementen.
Op 24 en 26 december serveert Bonboon een speciaal 6-gangen kerstmenu voor €80 per persoon. Je kunt een wijnarrangement toevoegen voor €50 of een theearrangement voor €30.
